Any resulting charges accruirtg on account ot faiiure tv make timely payment on the due dates will cause increases in some of the amounts designated Above. Any installment payment made prior to any due date or dates, or sny prepayment, may cause decreases in some of the smounts designated above tor the reason that the unpaid outstanding principal balance will be redu~ed And the int~rest rate designated above is applied to such reduced outstanding bal~nca to determine the amount oi interest that is due. It Bank deems itself insecure, or upon the happening ot any af the following ev~nts, each of which shall constitute a detault ~ hereunder, al! liabilities ot Qach Maker to Qank shall thereupon or thereafter, at the aption af F3ank, without notice or demand, become due and payable: (a) failure of any Obligor (~vhich term sha~l mean and include each Maker, endorser, surety and guarantor ot this ~ note) to pe~form any provision of any secur+ty aflreement or mortgage securing ihe repayment hereof, to pay Interest hereon when due, or 1o pay any olher tiability whalsr,ever to 8ank, when due; (b} the death of any Obligar; (c) tha filing of any peiition under the Bankruptcy Code, or any similar tederal or state statute by or against any Obligor; (d) an application for the appointment oi a receiver or the making of a general assignmee~t tor the benefit ot croditors by, or the insolvency of, any Obligor, (ej the entry of a judgment against ~ny Obligor; (f) the issuing of any ~vrii of attachment or writ o1 garnishment, or the tiling of any lien, against any property of ' any Obtigor; (g) tha taking of possession ot any substantial part of the property of any Obligor at the instance oi any governmental j aulhority; (h) ihe clissolution, merger, consolidation or reorganization ot any Obligor; or (i) ihe assignment by any Maker of any equity ; in the real propertyr which is security tor this note, except as is permitted under the te~rns of tha mortgage, without the prior wtitten ; consent of Bank. . . .
