Property including those past due. Any rents collected by ~ender or ihe receiver shall be auplied (irst to payment ot the casts of
management ot the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's bonds and
reasonable attomeys' tees, and lhen lo the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall releasethis Security Instrument
without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Feea. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note. ' attorneys' tees" shall include any atlo?neys' fees
awarded by an appellate court.
