20. Lender In Possesslon. Upon accelerati~n under paragraph 19 or abandonment of lhe Property, lender (by jud'+cially
appoinled receiver) shall be entilled to enter upon, take possession ol and manage the Properly and to collect the rents oi the
Properly inctuding Ihose past due. Any ~ents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment oi the costs of
management ot the Prope?ty and colleclion ot rents, inctuding, but not limited lo, receiver's (ees, premiums on receiver's bon~s and
reasonable attorneys' 1ees, and then to lhe sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Relsase. Upon payment o( all sums secured by this Security Instrument, lender shall release this Security Inslrument
wilhout charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation r_osts.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Securily Instrument and the Note. "attorneys' iees" shall inc~ude any attorneys' fees
awarded by an appellate court.
