County, Florida, died on October 22, 1986, owning assets in the
State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, SUN BANK/TREASURE COAST, NATIONAL ASS~CIATION
ha~ been appointed personal representative of the estate of the
decedent and has performed al1 acts prerequisite to issuance of

letters of administrata.on in the estate,
NaW, THEREFORE, I~ the undersigned Circuit Judge, de-
c].are SUN BANK/TREASURE COAST, NATIONAL ASSOCAITZON to be duly -
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as per-
sonal representa~ive of the estate of Frances W. Pederson, de-
ceased, with full power to administer the estate according to
law; to ask, demand, sue £or, recover, and rec~ive thc~ prop~=ty
of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent as the assets
of the estate will permit and ~he law directs; and make distri-
bution of the estate according to law.
