in the State of Florida, Grantors, and GL~NE D. SHERRtLL, a single ~
man, whose address is 2017 Gunstock Dr., Stone Mountain, Georgia

WITN~?SS$TH: That the said Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid by ths said Grantee,
the re~eipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said Crantee, and his successars and assigns forever,
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
~ County of St. Lucie, State of Flor~da, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 1, HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES, according to the
i Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 14, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This conveyance is an Absolute Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure
and it is the intention of both the Grantors and the Grantee that
~ this Deed is given in full satisfacfion and discharge of
~ the indebtedness owed to the herein Grantee, as evidenced by that
~ cextain Mortgage from RiCHARD B. ALLEN, a singZe adut, and KATHRYN
B. ALLEN, a single adult, to GENE D. SHERRILL and CAROLINE R..
SHERRILL, his wife, dated September 1983 and recorded in
~ Official Records Boak 410, Page 2495, Public Records of St. Lucie
Gounty, Florida, given to secure an indebtedness in the original
principal amount af $44,000.00, the principal balance on which
indebtedness as of September 19, 1986 was $43,848.45.

This conveyance reflects an arms~leng~h transaction between
the paxties and hexein Grantors are fully advi.sed of their rights
and give this Deed in Iieu of fareclosure voluntarily and for the
purposes hereinabove expressed, and h~reby acknow].edge that the
transaction is fair and equitable. ~ ~
