SHERRILL, his wife, dated September 1983 and recorded in ~ Official Records Boak 410, Page 2495, Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, given to secure an indebtedness in the original principal amount af $44,000.00, the principal balance on which indebtedness as of September 19, 1986 was $43,848.45. There are no side agreements (recorded or unrecorded) be-- . tween the parties or their principals as to this property or any • proceeds therefrom.
