An exception may be made by the Board for service or construction companies usinq trucks in the normal course of their business during daylight hours. In no event shall any pawerboat be operated in the lake in Bay St. Lucie Subdivision, except electrically operated ~rolling motors ~ which may be approvec3 by the Board. No boats axe to be left in the lake overnight anr3 all boats are to be maintained properly by the owners and ~hall not become a nusiance or eyesore. All boats, when not in use, are to be stored out of view in a manner acceptable to the Board . Section 5. Accessory Equipment and Containers: All containers ; for garbage and trash, a21 oi~l tanks, water pumps, tanks and water ; trea~men~ equipment, bottle or other gas tanks and any similar ~ fixtures must be placed uncierground or in walled-in.areas so that they ~ shall not be visible from surrounding properties, the roads, streets ~ or thQ waterfron~. Structures permit~ec3 for this screening purpose must be approved by the ARC. The Associatzon may fzom time to time specify the required containers for trash/garbage and dis~osition during times of waste pick-up. The Association may specify the use of a stanaard Mail Box ~ configuration to be placed along the roadside to serve each residence. ~ Section b. Artificial~Vegetation: No artificial grass, plan~s or other artificial veg~tation shall be placed or maintained upon the exterior portion of any Lo~, unless approved by the ARC. Section 7. Automobile Storage Areas: No automobile garage shall be enclosed or converted to other use. Open carports shall not be permitted. All garages must ~have doors that are to be maintained in operating condition. No vehicles of any kind shall be parked overnight on any nnbuilt lot in ~ay S~. Lucie Subdivision. Section 8. Clothes Drying Area: No portion of any Lot shall be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry or other items of any kind, it being the intention hereof~that all such facilities shall be provided within th~ building tn be constructed on the Lot. Section 9. Lic~hting: Liqhting fixtures, internal ar external, shall be located and the liqht directed so as not to eause a nuisa~nce or other di.scom~ort to neighboring properties or enclanger traffic on the roads. External lighting, excent for decorative or security lighting shall not be operated after Ten PM current time. ~ ~ ~ Section 10. Gandscaping: No land clearing, filling, grading, shrub or tree removal o~ pruning or any landscaping or other work shall be done until the 4wner of a Lot in the subdivision, his heirs, successors or assiyns shall hav~ submitte~ to ths A~chiteGtural Review Committee, oz the Associa~ion when formed, detailed plans ~or the landscaping of any Lot upon which such work is proposed to be done - and shall have received from the Architectural Review Committee, or ' the Association written approval of any proposed landscaping work. lg 8K~ ~ ~ 9 ~~~1~0 ~ ~ ~
