C. No signs, illuminated or non-illuminated, other than a
non-illuminated "sale" sign allowed by paragraph "A" above, including ~
signs in or on any veh~cle, matorized or not motorized, shall be
displayed on any Lot i~ Bay St. Gucie Subdivis•~ion. No sign or displays
illuminated or non-illuminated shall be displayed inside any structure
in Bay St.Gucie Subdivision in such manner ~hat said display is
visible from outside that structure.
D. Na building contractor, remodeling contractor or pool
contractor, landscaper or sub-contractor signs shall be allowed on any
Lot in B~y St.Lucie Subdivision. However one combined
Builder/Architect identificatinn sign, not exceedinq 432 square inches
or 18 inches by 24 inch~s in dimension~, sha11 be allowed during
original construction on~the Lot. -

~ placed on any Lot in Bay St.Lucie Subdivision. ~
Section 15. Pets: No anirnals, birds or other fowl shall be kept
or maintain~d on any part of the property except dogs, cats and pet
birds, which may be kept thereon in reasonable numbers, as determined
by the Boarc~ from time to time, as pets for the pleasure and use of
the occupants, but not for any commercial use or purpose. All pets
must be kept under control at all times ana must not become a nuisance
or threat by barking, charging, calling, or other acts which may
freighten or annay~neighbors or people passing by the property.
Section lb. Boardin~ Up: There shall be no "boarding up" of
houses while the homes ar~ vacant for a long period of time. There -
shall be allowed storm pro~ection only in the event of and during the
periocl of time of a storm likely to cause damage to the house.
Built-in roll down shutters covering openings shall be pexmitted.
Section 17. Casualty Loss: Damage due to ~ire, explosion, hail,
rain, flood, wind or and other casualty loss shall be repaired
promptly. The Board shal]. establish a reasonable length of time in
which repairs shall be made to all exterior damage including lawn,
waterfront facilities and any other structures on the Lot.
5ection 18. Topography: There shall be no change in the
topography, grading or swales of ~he lot either far aonstzuction or
landscaping without p~rmission of the ARC.
Section 19. Waterfront Stabilization: The design of any seawall
or retainxng wall alonq any water xont on any Lot in Bay St.Lucie
Subdivision shall conform to the common plan and must have the prio~
approval of both the ARC and the ~3oard. Primary Bank Stabilization
shall be by veqetation including but not limited to Spartan type
grasses and other native plants including red mangroves. Cattails and
other siinilar agressive plan~s are not recommended.
Boat docks shall be permitted under then current regulations of
the governing bodies. Plans and specificati~ns must be submitt~d in
advance to the ARC for approval. No gazabo or boatho~~e shall be
permitted except along the main channel Easterly of the Riverfron~
Lots. ~lans must have prior approval of the ARC.
