' ~ . ~ ~ . ~ ~ , . - - . . . . . . _ _ . ...-,'i The structural members must be composed of materials utilized on or compatible with the main structure of the residence so as to provide a general appearanc~ for the enclosure that blends with the main structure and demonstraties conti~uity of materials, charac~er and theme. Th~: use of inetals (i.e.~anodized, enameled, etc.) for screen attachment purposes may be used upon submission of samples and subject to approval of the ARC. The use of mill finish aluminum for any purpose will not be approved. _ If one owner elects to purchase two (2) adjoining Lots and use one for recreation purposes, the Lot used for recreational purposes must be adequately screened by landscaping and/or walls or fences on both the.front and side as required by the ARC. It shall be the intent of the ARC to screen any such use, including lighting, from public view. 17. Garbage and Trash Containers: No Got shall be used or I maintained as a dumping ground for rubk~ish, trash, tree trimmings or ~ other waste. All trash, garbage and other waste shall be kept in ~ sanitary containers, and, except during pickup if the containers are required to be placed at the curb, a11 containers shall be kept out of public view within an enclosure which the ARC shall require be constructed with each dwelling. - 18. Temporary Structures; No structure of a temporary character, (i.e. trailers,,basements, tents, shacks, garages, barns or other out buildings) shall be used on any Lot at any time as a residence either temporarily or permanently. Tree houses are prohibited. 19. Remova~ of Trees: In reviewing building plans, the ARC shall take into accour~t the natural landscaping of said Lot (i.e. trees, shrubs etc.) and encourage the Owner to incorporate them in his lanc~scaping plan. No trees two (2) ~nches in diameter at one (1) foot above the natural grane shall be cut or removed without the approval of tl~e ARC, said approval may be given when such removal is necessary for the construction of a dwelling or other improvement. 20. Window air Conditioning Units: No window or wall air . conc3itioning units shall be permitted. Air conditioning equipment must be screenec3 from public view. 21. All mailboxes and net~•s paper boxes are to be of one design throuqhout the entire development. The purchas~ of said boxes shall be coordinated by the Developer or Associ~tion whichever is applicable at that time, If and when ~the United States mail service or the newspaper(s) involved shall indicate a willingness to make ~elivery to wa11 receptacles attached to dwellings, eacM proper~y owner, upon the _ request of the ARC, shall replaee the streetside boxes ar receptacles ~ previously emQloyed for such purpose or purposes with wall receptacles " attached to dwellings. 5 ~ 6K0 5 I~ P~rEO 9??
