Lucie Architectural Review Committee ~ 3228 Martin Downs Blvd., Ste. 200 f Palm City, FL 33490 ~ melephone: (3f~5) 285-3324 ~ Eor site plan and design approval prior to seeking a County site plan approval and building permit. Factors to be considered by the A~2C will include, among ott~ers, elzvation, exterior surface trea~ment, color, lines of sight, shadows, orientation of building(s) on the lot, and relation to other structures in Bay St. Lucie Subdivision either existing or previously approved. All plans and specifications must be drawn by an approved archit~c~ural draftsman or a registered Flaxida architect, and the proposed contrac~or must be a qualified and approved home builder licensed in St. Lucie county. I. PRELIMINARY APPROVAL: Every applicant must provi.de the Architectural Review Committee with the following: A. Preliminary site plan drawn at not less than 1" to 2(d' scale: 1. The proposed location of structure(s), driveway(~), swales (as inconspicuous as possible), and functional outidoor spaces . (pools, porches, patios, etc.) being ~ certain to observe legal setback restrictions. B. Preliminary floor plans drawn at not less than 1/~" to 1' scale shawing a11 governing outside dimensions. . C. Preliminary elevations drawn at not less than 1/8" to 1' - scale ~howing design intent and illus~rating materials specifi~d by the architect fo~ exterior treatment.
