The landscaping of the finished lot Qhall be in strict
conformance with the approved plot and landscaping founda~ion plans. _

Part III - Waterfront Bank Stabilization Requirements
~ In order to preserve the beauty and c~uality of the wate~front in
Bay St. Lucie, the developer and the Association have established
j criteria for the maintenance and protection of the waterfront from
erosion and damags.
E~ch lot owner shall install and maintain on the waterfront the
plants, grasses e~c., as aire~t~a by governing authorities and/or the
AP.C .
