(f) YARD AREA shall mean the franti, side and rear yard areas as established and required under other provisions described in these ~ cavenants and res~rictions. III. APPLICATION The terms and provisions of this re9uirements shall appiy to real property as follows: (a) All vacant ancl undeve2.oped property. - (i~j A11 property in all zoning cla~sifications that is intended to be cieveloped . , (c) The yard areas of all developed property. No person, organization, society~ as~ociation or corporation or any agent or r~presentative thereo~, directly or indirectly, shall engage in landclearing, land-r~moving or lan~l-fi.lling activities in Bay St. Lucie, or use, operate, propell, or maintain in use any bulldozer, pay loader, front end loader, backhoe, dragline, power shovel, road _ grader, dump truck, dredge, sand pumping machine, pump line, fill spreader or other heavy ducy~ land-clearing, land-removing or land-filling equipment without first obtaining written permission from the ARC. V. SITE PLAN INFORMATION ~ Site plans submitted in connection with appli~ations for permits for ~he removal, xelocation or replacement of trees shall include the following information and details which shall be summarized in legend form on the plan: (a) Location of alI existing or proposed structures, ~ improvements and sit~ uses, properly dimensioned and referenced to property lines, setback and yard requirem~n~s and ~ spatial zela~.ionships. .
