Groups~ of trees in close proximity may be designated as "clumps" of trees with ~the pr~dominate type, estimated number and average diameter noted. VI. AGTERNATE SIT~ PLAN INFORMATION In the event that there are no trees, shrubs oz vegetative cover located on the site to be developed which are required to be prptected under the provisions of these requixements, the applicant shall so _ state in his application for permission hereunder. If such statemen~. is substan~iated by a field inspection of the site by a representative ; of th~ ARC, the applicant shall be relieved of the necessity ot i supplying unnecessary o~ unimpoYtant information. ~ VTI. PRE-APPLICATION INSPECTION In connection with application und~r the alternate site plan procedure, and in connection with application involving large tracts of property, a representative of the ARC shall make his services available for pre-application inspection of the sites involved. VIII. SPECIAL CONDITIONS F0~2 ISSUANCE OF PERMISSION FOR REMOVAL No permission shall be gran~ed for removal of trees, shrubs or vegative cover unless one o~ the following conditions exists: (a) The tree is locatecl in the buildable ar~a or yard area where a structure or improvements may be placed and~ it unreasonably - restxicts the permitted use of ~he property and such tree cannor reasonably be relocated elsewhere on the property. (bj Tne trees cannot be rel.ocated on or off the site because of the age, type or size of the ~ree. ~ (c) The tree~is diseased, injuxed, in danger of falling, too close to existing or proposed struc~ures, interferes with the existing utility service, creates unsafe vision clearance or conflicts with other res~rictions or regulations. IX. TREE PROTECTION - (a) During the land clearing and construction stage of development; the developer shall erect and maintain protective barriers to ARC specification around all trees or groups of trees to be protected. The developer.~hall not allow the mo~ement of equipment or the storage of equipment, materials, debris ~r fill to be placed ~wi~hin the protective barrier. 3 ex0519 P~G~0983-
