DISPOSAL OF DISEAS~D TREES Trees that are found to be diseased by the A~tC, and to be in . danger of contaminating other trees or .of spreading such tree infection, disease or insects, shall be removed and disposed of, if necessary, withbut undue delay and on an emergency ba~is, as the circumstances may require. XIV. NATURAL GROWTH TO BE PRESERVED Every effort shall be put forth on all undeveloped property and property in the process of development, to retain particular areas of natural vegetative cover that is determined by the_ ARC to be fragile ecosystem, unique valuable, desirable or nearly extinct in aur area, unless it would unduly ~estrict the use of surrounding property or create a condition of undue hardship on said owner. XV. PROTECTION OF WATERFRONT ~ The ARC shall make ever_y effort to preserve the beauty and ~ quality of the waterfront in Bay St. Lucie Subdivision. Special plants and grasses will be planted by the developer or ~he Association. The Lot owner shall be responsible for maintaining the required bank stabilization~plants,-grasses and materials on his Lot. The ARC shall have the responsibility to supervise the main~enance of the bank s~abilization materials and will work with all iot owners to help them preserve and protect the banks from erosion. XV. PROCEDURES OF ARC REPRESENTATIVE TO BE FOLLOWED All necessary Frocedures outlined by the ARC, or said person designated by the ARC, shall be followed especially in instances where the grade site is to be raised or lowered around an existing plant, where large paved areas will delete the water supply and aeration necesgary for the life of the tree or shrub, or where a change in the grade or drainage of development will seriously harm natural areas to be retained.
