5. Nothing herein invalidates ar sha21 impair or
release any covenant, conditian, agreement or stipulation in ~
NOTE and MORTGAGE and the same, except as herein madified, ~

abide by each and every of the covenants, agreements, ?

` 6. In case any installment of interest or principal of
