19. Acceleratlun; Ren~edfes. I.ender shall give notice to 13orruwer prlor to acceleratian f~llowing iiorror~er's !

unless appltcable law provides otherwise). The notice shall specify: (a) the default; (b) the action requfred to cure the i

21. Release. Upoit payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security ~
