For value received, the undersigned (whetho~ one or more hereinafter called "Maker"), jointly and vevera!!y, promises to pay
to the order Sun Bank/Treasure Coast, NatiQnal Aasociation (which, togethar with

with interesl from the date hereot at 1he rate ot 13.00 % par annum on tha tull amount oi said principal sum remaining irom
time to time unpaid, payable in 120 monthty installments oi S 214. 13 each on the 18th day
of each successive month commencing on December 18 , 19.~~_. The Maker promisos to pay tate charges
not to exceed 5% of the amount oi any payment or payments in defauii. ~
All payments made hereunder shal! be credited first to interest and lawful r.harges then accrued and the remainer to principal.
Maker has the right to prepay this note, in whole or in part, without penaliy at any time upon ihe payment ot accruad and past due
~nterest and charges to date ot prepayment plus a service tee in the amount o} Ihe lesser oi $50.00 or 2 percent of the principal
amount ol this loan (Amount Financed), provided, ho~vever, that any partial prepayment of princ+pal sha~l be applied to tha installment
or installments oi principa! tast maturing hereunder.
The amounts reterred to abovo have been computed upon the assumption that all installment payments will be made on the
respecGve scheduled due dates. Interest accrues on the unpaid outstanding principal balance. If any installment is not paid in iuli on
' the due date, Maker wilt be obtigated to pay such addit+onal amounts as may become payable by reason o} ihe continuing accrual of
~ interest a! the rate designated above. Any resulting charges accruing on account ot tailure to make timely payment on the due dates
~ will cause increases in some of the amounts designated above. Any instal!ment payment made prior to any due date or dates, or any
' prepaymenl, may cause decreases in some of the amounts designated al~ove for the ~eason that the unpaid autstanding principal
~ balance wiN be reduced and the interest rate designated above is applisd to such reduced outstanding balance to determine the amount
~ of interest that is due.
~ Ii Bank deems itself insecure, or upon the happening of any oi tha (ollowing events, each of which shall constitute a detault
~ hereunder, all liabilities oi each Maker to Bank shall tF~ereupon or thQreafter, at the option of Bank, without notiGe or demand, become
~ due and payable: (a) ta+lure ot any Obtigor (which term shall mean and include each Maker, endorser, surety and guarantor oi this
~ note) to perform any provisi~n o1 any security agresmenl or mortgage securing ihe repayment hereof, to pay interest hereon when
~ dus, ar to pay any other liability whatsoever to Bank when due; (b) the death oi any Obligor; (c) the filing of any petition under the
~ E3ankruptcy Caie, or any similar tederat or state statute by or againsi any Obligor; (d) an application for the appointment of a receiver
a, or the making oi a general assignment tor ihe benetit of creditors by, or the insolvency of, any Obligor; (e) the entry of a jutigment
k against any Obligor; (t) the issuing ot any writ of attachment or writ ot garnishment, or the filing ot any lien, against any p~operty of
~ any Obligor; (g) the taking ot possession oi any substantial part of the properiy of any Obligor at the instance of any governmental
authority; (h) the dissolution, merger, consolidaiion or reorganizatian ot any Obligor; or (i) ihe assignmsnt by any Maker ot any equity
in the real property which is security for this note, except as is permiried under the terms of the mortgage, without ihe prior written
consent ot Bank. ,
In addition to the mortgage securing this loan, Maker hereby grants to Bank a security interest in all property ot Maker now or ~
at any time hereaher in the possession o1 Bank in any capacity whatsoever, includ'+rtg but not limited to, any balance or share of any
~!rrcx~sil, trust, or aqent account. as >er.unty fnr the payment of this note. and a s+milar lien upon and security interest in all such

~ fees, whefher incurred in connection with coltect+on, trial, appeal or oiherwise.
P~esentment, demand, protest, notice oi dishonor, and extension of time without notice are hereby waived by each and every

Maker acknowledges receipt of a completed copy of this note and mortgage on the above date. -
~ NOTICE TO COSIGNER: You are being asked to guarantes this debt. Think carelully before you do. It the
- borrower doesn't pay the debt, you will have to. Be sure you can attord to pay if you have to and that you
want to accept this responsibility.
You may have to pay up to the full amount ot lhe debt if the borrower does not pay. You may also have to
pay late fees or callection costs, which increase this amount.
The Bank can coftect this debt trom you without lirsl trying to collect from the borrowec The Bank can use the
same collection methods against you that can be used against the borrower, such as suing you, garnishing
~ . your wages, etc. If this debt is ever in detault, that fact may become a part of your credit record.
This notice is not the contract that makes you liable for the debt.
