THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 18th day of
~ November, 1986, upon the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of

Marriage, and the court having heard the testimony of the parties
~ ~hereto, and having cansidered the evidence and argument of
~
~ counsel, and being otherwise fuZly advised the Court finds and

~ determines as follows:
~ a. That the relation of husband and wife exists between
~
~
~ the parties.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. JURISDICTION.
This court has ~~bsolute jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject mat~er of this action.
2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.
i The marriage between the Husband, GARY SURRENCY, and

the Wife, ALICE SURRENCY, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the ~arties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
_ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
