have one weekend during the six week period whi~h will be the
fourth v~eekend. In the event of cancellation of summer vacation,
30 days prior notice sha11 be given.
If sUmmer sctiool is necessary for the child to pass to
. the next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer
school attendance, ths summer vacation for non-custodial parent
will be adjusted to commence after the summer school.
Each parent is to keep the other parent advised at all times
of the residence address and phone numbers whiZe the chi~dren are
in their custody. Each parent is to notify the other parent
immediately (no later than six hours) of any emergency pertaining
to said child.
Except for short vacation trips, neither party shall remove
the minor child from the State oF rlorida without written consent
between the parties or by Order of the Court.
4. CHILD SUPPORT
The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife for
~the support and maintenance of the minor child, the sum o~
SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND NO/1Q0 ($75.00) per week. These
