THIS AGRE~MENT, made this 1.6th day of Se~~ember , 1986,
by ar~d betweeti GARY SURRENCY, hereinafter referred to as the
Hi~sbarid, ai~d ALICE SURRENCY, hereinaft_er referred to ~s the Wife,

II WHEREAS, the parties hereto have lived together as Husband~

WHEREAS, differences have ariseti between the parties such
that their marriage is irretrievably broken; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle ar~d adjust forever all
rights of alimoi~y, praperty rights, and all other rights arisii~g
out of the relatiot~sh~ip of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the Husband and Wife agree betweer~ them on a full

~ property settlemer~t which shall obtair~ arid be binding upor~ both

~ parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administrators
~ and assigns, and likewise, iri the event of the death of the

~ WHEREAS; it is fully understood at~d agreed by arid between

~ the parties that ALBERTA S. WIDMAN, ESQ., is represet~tii~g the
Wife and has made no represer~tations or giver~ any advice or
couriseling to the Husband. ~
~ WHEREAS, the Wife has filed her Petitior~ for Dissolutior~ of
Marriag~ and it is the desire of the Wife to obtain a dissolutioii
~f marriage from her Husbat~d, GARY SURRENCY. ,
WHEREAS, the Husband and Wife respectfully represent and
warrat~t to each other that each has carefully read and
~ ur~derstar~ds this entire Stipulatior~ and Agreement, is fully
cognizat~t of the terms hereof and all matters affected by this
Stipulatiori and Agreemerit, is being represented by counsel of her
or his own selection, or has beet~ advised to seek independent
legal advice by counsel of his or her owr~~selection, and that all
of the provisions hereof are for the best iT~terests of the
