NOW, THEREFORE, ir~ consideration of the premises and the

FIRST: At the time of the execution of this Stipulation and
Agreemer~t, the parties shall hereafter live separate and apart,
each bFir~g freed of ar~y and all marital respor~sibilities ar~d

; duties to the other as if the parties were single and unmarried,

~ except as otherwise more particularly set forth in the
~ ` Stipulation and Agreement. Neither party shall hereafter annoy,

harass, or interfere with the Iife, busir~ess, or personal affairs
of the other.

SrCOND: The shared parental responsibility for the care ar~d
control of the mirior child of the parties: ROBERT CARL~ON
~ SURRENCY d/o/b 3/3/84, shall be with f he Husband and Wife, with
the primary physical residence of said minor child beiiig with the
;:y~~, ~ubject t~ r~?gc~n?h1P rights of visitation of the Husband;
provided, however, that said visitation shall not disrupt the

~ normal home er~vironment and future schooling of the minor chi_ld.
Not as a limitation, but as a minimum access and contact, the
Husband has the right ta visit with the mirior child at all times
upon which the parties can mutually agrEe and as follows:
1. WEEKENDS. Non-.custodial paret~t--every other weekend--5:00
p.m. Friday, return 7:00 p.m. on following Sunday. Wednesday--
5:00 ~.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the week not having weekends.
2. HOLIDAYS. -
a. Christmas: Non-custodial parent--even years--5:00
p.m. Friday begir~ning the schoal vacatioi~, returning 2:00 p.m.
Christmas Day. Not~-custodial parer~t--odd years--2:00 p.m.
