3. WAITING. The child and custodial parent will wait no more
thar~ 30 mir~utes . A parent who is late ( over 30 minutes ) forfeits
their right of visitation for that period.
4. CANCELLATIONS. Cancellation of visitatioT~ by either parent
for weekends must be no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday before
the weekend period. Other cai~cellation is by.24 hour notice.

I 5. SUMMER VACATION. Non-custodial parent--to begin one week
after school lets out for six weeks. The custodial parent will
have one weekend durir~g the six week period which will be the
fourth weekend. In the evetit of caiicellatiori of summer vacation,
~ 30 days prior notice sha11 be given.
~ a. If summer school is i~ecessary for'the child to pass to .
the next grade, it must be atteiided. In the event of ~ummer

will be adjusted to commence after the summer school.
Each parent is to keep the other parent advised at all times
of the residence address and phone numbers while the children are
` in their custody. Each parent is to notify the other parent
immediately (tio later than six hours) of any emergeticy pertaining
