Each party shall immediately not.ify tne ~ther of any illness

Each party agrees to keep the other advised as to their
mailir~g and residential addresses at all times while this
( Agreemer~t is in effect .
~ THIRD: The Husbat~d shall pay to the Wife for the support
aiid maintenance of the minor child, the sum of SEVENTY FIVE
~ DOLLARS AND ND/100 ($75.Q0) per week. These payments shall t~e
made on the first Friday of each week commencing on the
day of ~ w-Q~~ , 1986, and shall continue with
respect to said child until he reaches the age of eighteeti -(18)
years, becomes self-supporting, marries or dies, whichever shall
first occur. These payments shall be made to the Central
Governmer~tal Depository and by him remitteu promptly to the Wife.
(In additior~, there is hereby assessed the sum of 3~ of each
paymer~t as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
the Cei~tral Governmental Depository, at Room 104 of the St. Lucie
Cout~ty Courthouse. All payments shall be made ir~ cash, mor~ey
order, or cashier's check, Maney orders or cashier's checks may
be mailed to the Central Governmer~tal Lepository, P. O. Box 700,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33454. Both of the parties are order~:~ to
~ keep ~he Cl.erk of this Court advised of their mailing and
