SEVENTH: Each of the parties shall own their respective
personal property and personal effects such as clothing, jewelry,

free and clear from any claim or demar~d of the other party.

~ The separate property of the Husbar~d or Wife that has riever

marriage shall remain in the ownership of that party.
NINTH: The Husband is the owner of a 1984 Ghevrolet S10,
titled solely in his name. The Husbarid shall assume, be liable
for, and save the Wife harmless for all indebtedness on the lir~e
of credit through Beth Page Credit Union. The Husband shall pay
directly to the Beth Page Credit UI110T1 at Grumman, Stuart,
Florida, the weekly sum of $76.00 until the indebtedness incurred
for the Husband's automobile loan ai~d mutual debts (line of
credit) ir~ the approximate amount of $10,000.00 is paid in full.
The Wife is the owner of a 1986 Poritiac Fiero automobile, titled
it~ the Husband ai~d Wife's name. The Husband shall execute any
and all documents to effectuate a change of title. The Wife
sha11 assume, be liable for, and save the Husband harmless from
any and all indebtedness owed on said vehicle. Said automobile
