TENTH: The parties aqree that the Husbar~~ shall assume, be
liable for, ai~d save the Wife harmless from, and iiidemnify her as
to the preset~t debts ar~d obligatioi~s that have Ueen ic~curred
duririg the course of the marriage, except as otherwise state in
pazagraph "NTNTH" af this Stipulatiar~ aT~d Property Settl.emer~t
Agreement. Hereafter each party sha11 be liable for his or her
obligations ar~d neithe.r shall incur ariy further debts for which
the other may be held liable.
ELEVENTH: The partieG hereby agree to cooperate iii order
that the 1985 tax return be filed as married, filing joir~tly; arid
~further agree to complete all necessary forms aiid documeiits for
the Ir~ternal Rever~ue Service a[id to endorse the Interrial Revei~ue
Service refund check; and further agree that all of the tax
refut;d, if atYy, f.rom the calendar year 1985, be equally divided
betweec~ the parties hereto.
TWELFTH: Each party agrees to be responsible for his or her
owi~ attorriey's fees and costs related ta this Stipulation and
Property Settlement Agreement and in the pending Court action.
THIRTEENTH: The parties recogr~ize the possibility of a
reconciliation. However, it is their intention that a
recor~ciliati.on, temporary or permaner~t, or a further separation
after any recoi~ciliation in no way shall abrogate or affect the
provisions of this Stipulation arid Agreem~nt conc~rning the
settlemer~t and disposition of the property rights between the
~ parties ir~ their respective realty and personalty as set forth in
this Stipulation ~nd AgreemEnt, Further, each party releases the
other from all claims, demands due, debts, rights or causes of
action vp to the date of this Sti.pulation and Agreement. And
further, each party hereby irrevocably releases and relinquishes
all claims, rights ar~d interest which that party may now have or
