The Note Holder wil) mail ar dcliver to n~e A notice before each Change Date. This notice will advise me o(':
(i) the ne~v interest rate on my loan as of the Change bate;
(ii) the amaunt of my monthly payment follawing the ChAnge Date;
~ (iii) any additionai matters which the Nate Holder is requimd to disclose; and
j (iv) the title and telephone number af a person who will answer any questions 1 may havc regarding the notice.

B. IAAN CHARGES
It could be that the loan secured by the Security [nstrument is subject to a law which sets maximum ioan charges and
~ that law is interpreted so that the interest or other loan charges eoltected or to be collected in connection with t~e toan w~ould
~ exceed permitted limits. If this is the case, then: (A) any such charge shall be reduced by the amount necessary to reduce
! the charge to the permitted limit; and (B) any sums already collected from Borrrnver which exceeded permittui limits will
be refunded to Borrrn~~er. Lender may choose to malce this refund by reducin$ the principat owed under the Note or by making
~ a direct payment to Borrower.

option to acceierate as provided in paragraph 17.

The Note and Security lnstrument are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the taws of the State of Florida
and the law and regulations of the United States of Am~rica. (n the event of conflict between Florida law and the laws and
regulations of the United States of America, then in such event the law and regulations af the United Stat~.s of America shall grnern.
