20. Lender in Possession. Upon acceleration under p~ragraph 14 or abandonment of the 1'roperly, Lender (by

rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents collected by Lender or the receiver shnli be applieci first to
payment af the casts of management of the Yroperty and collection of rents, including, but not limited tu, receiver's fecs,
~ premiurns on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
~ 21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
? lnstrument without charge to Borrower. Bnrrower shali pay any recordation costs.
~ 22, Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys'
` fees awarded by an appellate court.
