5. This agreement is binding upon the heirs and assiqns of the parties.
6. That the undersigned shal~ be bound to the Mortgagee to the same extent
and in the same manner as if the undersiqned were Mortgagor under said Mortqage and
the maker of all promissory notes secured thereby.

7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis- ;
factory and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfaatory, and the Association hereby cansents to the sale, _
transfer and/or conveyance of the aforesaid mortqag~d property to the Owner(s).
S. The Owner(s) hereby assumes, in addition to the mortgage obligation
referred ta above. all of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the
mprtgaqe obligation, which conditions are referred to either as "Supplemental y:
Agreemen~" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenan~s" and assumes those conditions '
as fully as though the undersiqnecl has executed said written agreement.
