This Ri,der; dated the 20th day of NOVEMBER ~ lg 86 ~
amends Che Mortgage of even date by and between WILLIAM ROHAN AND
~IRENE ROHAN , the Mortgagors and LOAN AMERICA
` FINANCIAL CORPORATION, the Mortgagee as follows:
1. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted.
~ 2. Subsection (c) (I) of Paragraph 2 is delated.
3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words
"all paymants made under the provisions of (a} of.
paragraph 2 hareof whizh the mortgagee has not `
become obligated to pay to•the Secretary of Hausing '
aad Urbaa Development and" are deleted•
4. The fourth sentence of paragraph 3 is amended bq
~ insertioa of a period after then remaining unpaid
' under said Note" aad deletion of the remainder of the `
santence.
S. Paragraph 15 is amended bq the addit3oa of the following:
"This optioa may not be exercised whea the
ineligibility for insurance und~r the National flousing
Act is due to the M~ortgagee's failure to remit the
mortgage insusance premiun to the Department of
Housing aaid Urban Development."
