LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement, made and entered into this S day
of Novt4inber A.D., 1986, by and between LAKE INDUSTRIAL CORP., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter sometimes called "Landlo~~", and
RHEINLANDER INSTRUMENT CORP. OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation,
hereinafter sometimes called "Tenant", e~ch havinq their
principal place of business in St. I,ucie County, Florida.
ARTICLE I
GRANT AND TERM
1.01. Lease Premises. In consideration of the rents,
covenants and agreement hereinafter reserved and contained on the
part of the Tenant to be observed and performed, the Landlord
demises and leases to the Tenant, and Tenant rents from Landlord,
the following described real property and building, to wit:
Lots 1 and 20, Block 6, AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT 1,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 40, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
Less and except the East 20 feet of said Lot 20.

Begin at a point 15 feet South 89°09' West of the Southeast
corner of Lot 20, Block 6 of the replat of AIRPORT
INDUSTRIAL PARK, Plat Book 20, Page 3, Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County; thence run South 0°50' East 180.05 feet to a ~
~ curve concave to the Southwe5t, having a radius of 18U',
thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve for a
distance of ~82.8', through a central angle of 90°O1' to the
Point of Tangency; thence North 89°09' East 180.05' to the
Point of Beqinning.
1.02. Commencement and Ending Date of Term and Options to
Renew. The term of this Lease and Tenant's obligation to pay
rent hereunder shall Commence upon notification to the Tenant
that the leased premises are ready for occupancy by the Tenant. .

consecutive full lease year as said term "Lease Year", is

The term, "Lease Year", as used herein shall mean a period
