T IS SPECIAL WARRANTY D~ED, made and executed the day

LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, having its principal place of luusiness
at Z0000 South U.S. #1, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33485,
hereina€ter called the Grantor, to
PETER V. DESANTIS and ROBIN S. DESANTIS, his wife, whose
post office address is: 2021 Estebrook Lane, Port St. Lucie,
Florida 33452 hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used
herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties
to this instrument, and the heirs, lec~a~ representatives and
assigns of individuais, and the successors and assigns of

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, receipt
hereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

TWO, according to the Plat thereof, as
