THIS CERTIFICATE executec~ this day of November, 1986,
by GRAHAM BAKER, President of THE BARCLAY BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION I, INC.:
WHEREAS, the condominium documents for The Barclay Beach
Cl.ub, a Condominium, were recorded in Official Records Book 472,
at Page 55$, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
. WHEREAS, the members of the Association, at a duly called
meeting on July 31, 1986, desired to make certain amendments to
the Declaration of Condominium af The Barclay Beach Club, a
Condominium; and
WHER~AS, the meeting of the Condominium Association was
properly called with a quorum present.
NOW THEREFORE, I, GRAHAM BAKER, as President of The Barclay
; Beach Club Condominium Association I, Inc., the governing body for
j The Barclay Beach Club, a Condominium, do hereby certify that the
attached Amendments to the Declaration of Condominium of The
BarcZay Beach Club, a Candominium, were duly adopted by the
members of The Barclay Beach Club Condominium As~ociation I, Inc.,
at a duly called meeting of said Association on July 31, 1986,
with a quorum present.
