PR05PECTUS - GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING
2. Descri~tion of the Condominium Development, is hereby
amended as fo~lows:
"The condominium property is contemplated to be developed in
twa phases, consisting of Phase T- 80 units and Phase II - 112
units.
The schedule of buildings, the number of units in each
building, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in each unit is

submittec~ t-o condominium ownership is set forth in Exhibit B of
the Declaration.
' The estimated latest date of completi~n of constructing,
~ finishing, and equipping the candominium is J2~nuary 1985 - Phase I
and December 1990 ~988 - Phase II.
~ This is a phase development as that term is used in Chapter
i 718, FZorida Statute (the Condominium Act): The developer contem-
plates that this condominium will be developed in two phases:
i Phase Z- 80 units, Phase II - 112 units, The developer is under
no obliqation to build Phase II. However if Phase II is built it
