DECLARATION
18. ADDITIdNAL PHASES. Paragraph 18.4 is hereby amended as
follows:
"18.4 If Phase Two is to be added to the Condominium it
shall k~e added before December, 1990 ~968. The following recrea-
tion areas and common facilities wi 1 be added hy Phase Two: One
or more tennis courts, swimming pool. If Phase Two is not bu~ilt
by the Developer none of the foregoing recreation areas or comrtton
facilities will be built by the Developer."
