QUIT-CLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this 24th day of October
1486, between RALPH E. BECKERING and wife, JEAN C. BECKERING, of
32 Lake Vista Trail, Apartment 102, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 33452,
parties of Che first part, and RALPH E. BECKERING, JEAN C. BECKERING,
MARILYN FAHNER and KARILYN VAN TIL, as joint Cenants with full right
of survivorship, of 32 Lake Vista Trail, Apartment 102, Port Saint
Lucie, Florida 33452, parCies of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, the following
described real property, located and situate in the County of St. .
Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Unit 102, Building 32, VISTA ST. LUCIE,
a Condominium, according to the Declara-
tion of Condominium dated September
29, 1982 and recorded October 1, 1982,
at Official Record Book 384, Page 2840,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
