the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid by the Grantee, and
other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, grar,ts, bargains and sells to the Grantee, his
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, the following described
property, located in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida:

in Official Record Book 468, Page 2435, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, given by FRITZ M. GUE~tRIER and HERODIA
GUERRIER, his wife, to J. DOUGLASS BADELL.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described pr~perty with
appurtenances unto the Grantee, his heirs, legal representatives,
and assigns, as such, forever.
Grantors warrant the title to the above-described property,
and will defend it against ~he lawful claims o£ any person"
whomsoever, claiming by, through or under the Grantors.
