THIS SP$CIAL ~r1ARRANTY llEED is made as of the ~ day of

MINTON and MICAASL D. MINTON, hpreinafter called the Grantors, to
BROTBERS FOUR, a Florida general partnership, whose post oftice
address is P. O. Box 670, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33454, hereinafter
called the Grantee:

"Grantee" includ~ all the parties to tnis
instrument and the heirs, legal represen-
tatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of partnerships.) .
W I T N E S~ E T H:
That the Grantors, for and in consirieration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these
presents do grant, bar9ain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the Grantee, an undivided seven percent (7$)
interest in and to all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
TOGETAER with all the buildings, improvements, tene- .

anywise appertaining.

AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that
