under said Grantors. Thfs conveyance is subject to taxes for the
year ending Deccmber 31, 1986.
Each of the persons named herein as Grantors hereby cer-
ti~ies that on the date of execution, delivery and recordation of
this instrument, none oF said parties nor any member of said par-
ties' families resided ugon any portion of the land herein con-
' veyed, or any land contiguous thereto; the land conveyed herein
is nut the constitutional homestead of any of th~ parties named
herein as Grantors.
IN WI2NESS WHEREOF, each of the persons named herein as
"Grantors" has executed this instrument and has intended this
conveyance to be and become effective as of the day and year
