Each ins~allment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on th8 unpaid bal-
anc~ of the principal sum. It default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the
aption of the holder, and without any other natice, all the remaining instaltments shall be due and payable at
once. Privilege is given tp pby two or more insta~lmenls at any installment maturity date, but this shall
~ not extend the time of maturity oF any subsequent instatlment. Neither forbearanc~, nor acceptance by
ihe holder hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Eacn maker, surety and endorsar hereof, jointly and severally, v++aives demand, presentment,
protest ~nd notice of protest for r.onpayment, and further agrees to any extension ~f time of paymsnt,
either before or after' maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all cosrs of toilection, including a
reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any dtfault hereunder.
