6. Easements and restrickions of cecord.
The Grantee, by acceptance of this Deed, has and does hereby agree, accept and
a~knowiedge that this conveyance is subject in every respect to the Amended and
Restated Decleration of Condominium ineluding all its attachments, schedules and
exhibits, among which are the Articles of Incorporation,
I3y-Laws, survey with easements, and has and does hereby ratify, confirm, adopt and
approve each and every of the aforementioned.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to the interest being transferred, subjeet to
the provisions of this indenture, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsaever. To have and to hold the same forever unto the Grantee, his heirs,
personal representatives, and assigns.
IN WITNESS tVHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set its hand end seal, the day
and year first herinabove written.
