referred to as the "Mortgagee")
W I T N E S S E 1~ H:
WHtkENS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain note
made by Mortgagor to Mortgagee secured by a Mortgage and Security
Agreement bearing even date therewith and recorded on March 14,
1y85, in Official Records 8ook 485, page 1635, re-recorded in
Ufficial Rzcords E~ook 464, paye 1216, as corrected by that cPrtain
Corrective Mortgage Agreement recorded in Official Records E3ook 4~i~s,
page 7U~~, Public Records of St. Lucie (;ounty, Florida; and
WHEF2EAS, insofar as the existing leasehold condominium is to
be restructured as a fee simp.ie condominium, ineluding as a
prerequisite the Cancellation of Lease recorded in Official Records
f3ook 450, payes 68S throuyh 697 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Fiorida, it has become necess~ry to correct and more
accurately descrit~e the mortgage property as hereinafter set fortli;
NUW, ~HEREFUF2t, for and in consideration of the premises and
ottier yooc~ and valuable consideration, the receipt and suffzciency
of which are hereby acknowledged, the ;~arties hereto, intending to
be legally bountl, hereby agree as follows:
1. Mortgage Property Description. The mortgage property
described in the Mortgage and Security Agreement is hereoy corrected
and is more particularly described as follows: Unit No. 102 of the
Treasure Coast Medical Center Condominiums as rnore particularly
descriUed in that certain Amended and Restated Declaration of
Condominium filed ..~c.v 1986, in Official Fiecords Book
S`, pages through o d , inclusive, together
with the exhibits at ched thereto and made a part thereof, and
together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant
tr~ereto.
Z. Ftestrictive Covenants and Reciprocal ~asements. This
mortgage shall be subject to the provisions of those certain
Restrictive Covenants and Reci rocal Easements recorded in Official
Records Book ~.f~~S-, pages through of the Public
Records of St. Lucie L'ounty, Florida.
S. Ratification. All of the other terms, conditions,
representations, and obligations contained in the Mortgage and
Security Nyreement shall remain the same and are hereby ratified,
, approved, and confirmed.

Corrective Mortyage Agreement to be executed as of the day and year
