1~HtREAS, htortgagee is the owner antl holder uf a certain note
rnade oy ~dortgagor to Mortyagee secured by a Mortgage and Security
Agreement beariny even ciate therewith and recorded on June 26, 1986,
in Official Kecortls ~iook 468, page i417, re-recorded in Ufficial
Records Book , page , as corrected by that certain
l;orrective Mortgaye Agreement recoraed in Ufficial Records Book 488,
paye 7U7, Public Records of St. ~ucie County, Florida; and
WNEFtENS, insofar as the existing leasehold condominium is to
be restructured as a fee simple condominium, including as a
prerequisite the Cancellation of Lease recorded in Official Records
8ook 450, pages 685 through 697 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Fioriqa, it has become necessary to correct and more
accurately describe the mor~gage property as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEFtEFURt, for and in consideration of the premises ana
ott~er good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which are hereby acknowledged, tf~e parties hereto, intending to
be leyally bound, hereby agree as foilows:
1. r4ortgage 'Property Description. The mortgage property
descriGed in the Mortgage and Security Ngreement is hereby corrected
and is more particularly described as follows: Unit No. `LU1 of the
Treasure Coast Medical Center Condominiums as more particularly
described in that certain Amended anci Restated Declaration of
Condominium filed ,j~_~-~a,,~,~„ h~, 1986, in Ufficial Records Book
S'~-~S', pages through ~~n , inclusive, together
with the exhibits at ached thereto and made a part thereof, ana
together witr~ an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant
thereto.
2. kestrictive Covenants and Reciprocal Easements. This
mortgage shall be subject to the provisions of those certair.
Restrictive Covenants and Reciprocal Easements recorded in Official
Records Book S"~-S" , pages through of the Puolic
Records of St. t_ucie County, ~lorida.
S. Ratificat.ion. All of the other terms, conditions,
representations, and obligations contained in the Mortgage and
Security Ngreement shall remain the same and are hereby ratified,
approved, and confirmed.

Corrective Mortgage Agreement to be executed as of the day anc year ~
