County, Florida, it has becom~ necessary to correct and more
accurately describe the mortgaye property as hereinafter sei forth;

of which are herer,y acknowledgecl, the parties hereto, intending to
t~e leyally bound, hereby agree as follows:
1. Mortgage Property Uescription. The mortgage property
dzscribed in the tdartyage and Security Agreement is here~y correctea

Treasure Coast Medical Center Condominiums as more particularly
descri~ea in that certain Amendeo and Restated Ueclaration oi

with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and
togetr~er with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant
thereto.

5. Katification. Nil of the other terms, conditions,
