4U7, Port St. Lucie, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the
"Mortgagor"), and BNRNETT t3ANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY of 900 Prima
Vista Boulevard, St. Lucie, ~lorida 33451, (hereinafter referred to
as the "hlortyagee" }

tVHERERS, Mortgagee is the owner antl holder of a certain note
ma~e by Mortgagor to Mortgagee secureci by a Mortgage and Security
Ayreemer~t bearing even date therewith and recorded on March 21,
1986, in Official Records Book 459, page 755, re-recorded in
Ufficial Records Book 464, page 12p3, as corrected by that certain
l;orrective Mortgage Agreemer~t recorded in Of ficial Records f~ook 488,
paye 713, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, insofar as the existing leasehold condominium is to
be restructured as a fee simple condominium, including as a
prerequisite the Cancellation of Lease recorded in Ufficial kecords
E3ook 45U, pages 685 through G97 i.n the Public Records of St . Lucie
t;ounty, Florida, it has become necessary to correct and more
accurately describe the mortgage property as hereinafter set forth;
t~UW, THEREFUFtE, for and in consideration of the premises and
other gooa and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which are hereby acknowledgeci, the parties hereto, intending to
be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
1. Mortyage Property Description. The mortgage property
~escribed in the Mortgage and Security Agreement is hereby corrected
and is more particularly described as follows: Unit No. 407 of the
Treasure (;oast Medical Center Condominiums as more particularly
describecl in that certain Amended and Restated Declaration of
Condominium filed ,~..~c~.,ti~ 1986, in Official Kecords Esook
~Z.~ ; pages through ~~n , inclusive, together
with the exhibits att ched thereto and made a part thereof, and
together with an undivided share in the common elemsnts appurtenant
thereto.
1. Restrictive Covenants and Reciprocal Easements. This
mortgage shall be subject to the provisions of thase certain
Restrictive Covenants and Keciprocal tasements recorded in Official
Records Book ~7-. S', pages through of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a.
3. Ratificatior~. N11 of the other terms, conoitions,
representations, and obligations containetl in the Mortgage and
Security Agreement shall remain the same and are hereby ratified,
approved, and confirmed.
IN YIiTNESS WHEREOF, the parties t~ereto have raused this
Corrective Mortgage Agreement to be executetl as of the day an~ year ,
