COMES NOW the Plaintiff, GERMAINE M. G. HASWELL, by and
through his undersigned attorney, and the Defendants pro se, who
hereby move this Court to continue the foreclosure sale scheduled
for December 29, 1986, at Z1:00 a.m., and as grounds in support of
this motion, the parties would show:
1. That a settlement has been reached between the parties.
. 2. That the Plaintiff intends to reinstate the mortgage upon
the Defendant's payment of arrears.
3. That it would be impossible 'to file the necessary
pleadings prior to this sale as currently scheduled.
WHEREFORE, the parties hereto stipulate to the entry of an
j Order continuing the foreclosure sale.

THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the parties'

Stipulated Motion to Continue the foreclosure sale, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises herein, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the foreclosure sale in the
above-styled case scheduled for December 29, 1986, at 11:00 a.m.,
