AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the verdict rendered in this action, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUllGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff, STANLEY BEVINS, shall recover
F from the Defendant, PIPPIN TRACTOR EQUIPMENT, INC., the sum of

= THREE HUNDRED TEN TNOUSAND AND NO/1Q0 DOLLARS ($310,000.00) that .

F shall bear interest at the rate of 12$ a year for which let

execution issue,
2. That the Plaintiff, WANDA BEVINS, shall recover
from the Defendant, PIPPIN TRACTOR F, EQUIPMENT, INC., the sum of
TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,000.00) in damages that
shall bear interest at the rate of 12$ a year for which let
execution issue.
3. That the cross-plaintiff, EDWIN ROWE, shall
recover from the Defendant, PIPPIN TRACTOR EQUIPMENT, INC., the
sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY 'THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($350,000.00) in damages that shall bear interest at the rate of
