4. That the cross-plaintiff, EDNA MAE ROWE, shall
recover from the Defendant, PIPPIN TRACTOR EQUIPMENT, INC., tlie
sum of TWENTY FIVE TNOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25,000.00) in
damages that shall bear interest at the rate of 12$ a year for
which let execution issue.
5, That the Defendants, CASSENS GROVE SERVICE, INC.,
and EDWIN ROWE, shall recover from the Defendant, PIPPIN TRACTOR
EQUIPMENT, INC., the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIVE
DOLLARS AND 74/100 ($15,405.74), said amount representing the
: one-half share paid by CASSENS GROVE SERVICE, INC., and EDWIN
ROWE, :elative to the companion action filed by MINTON SUy, INC.,
; and FIREbfANS FUND INSURANCE COMPANY. Said sum sha11 bear interest
at the rate of 12$ a year for which let execution issue.
- 6. That Plaintiffs, STANLEY E. BEVINS and WANDA
BEVINS, his wife, take nothing from Defendants, CASSENS GROVE
SERVICE, INC., and EDWIN ROWE, and that CASSENS GROVE SERVICE,
INC., and EDWIN ROWE go hence without a day.
~I` 7. 'fhat costs in this action shall be taxed upon
motion at a later date, the Court reserving jurisdiction to hear
said Motion(s) as well as entering any judgment necessary relative
to the collection thereof.
