The Plaintiff, }iARRISON ELECTRIC SUPPLY, INC., and the Defe~dant, EMPLOYERS ~
INSURANCE OF WAUSAU, by and through their respective undersigned counsel file
this Stipulation to Resolve the below referenced pending moiions. It is hereby Stipulated
and Agceed to as follows:
1, The Plaintiff filed its Complaint on or about June 26, 1986.
2. In response to the Plaintiff's Complaint, the Defendant, EMPLOYERS I~ESURANCE
OF WAUSAU, fiied its Motion to Dismiss and/or for More Definite Statement on August
: 8, 1986.
3. On December 8, 1986 this Court entered a Pretrial Order setting this cause for
docket call on ~anuary 14, 1986.
4. On December 16, 1986 the Defendant, EMPLOYERS INSVRANCE OF WAUSAU,
filed its Motion to Remove Said Cause From The Trial Docket.
5. The Plaintiff, HARRISON ELECTRIC SUPPLY, INC., has agreed that the
Defendants' Motio~ to Remove Cause From The Trial Docket shou~d be Granied. Said
cause shal! be removed until this cause is "at issue" pursuant to Rule 1.440 of the Florida
- Rules of Civi! Procedure.
6. The Defendani, EMPLOYERS INSURANCE OF WAUSAU, has agreed that an

Order should be entered denying said Defendants' Motion to Disrniss and/or for More

~ Definite Statement and said Defendant shall have twenty days from the date of this
~ Order to file its Answer.
