SUPPLEMENTAL COST JUDGMENT
This matter coming on for consideration upon the Plaintiffs'
Motion to Tax Costs as a prevailing party, having been set down
for telephone conference hearing on Friday, December 5, 1986, and
tti~ Court having entertained argument of counsel and having
reviewed the Affidavit of Cost filed by the Plaintiffs' counsel
dated October 16, 1986, the Court finds and determines Chat the
costs set forth in said Affidavit of Cost are taxable exclusive
of the item set forth as court reporter's costs to obtain a copy
of the deposition of the Plaintiff in the sum of $48.00. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, JOHN G. ABEL and
MAUREEN LOUGHMAN ABEL, his wife, does have, receive and recover
from the Defendant, GEORGE CONSERVA, t/d/a GEORGE CONSERVA
EXCAVATOR, c/o Lewis Rinder, Esquire, Post Office Box 616, Palm
City, FL 33490, the sum of $810.15 as court costs for which let
execution issue forthwith.
