THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the
Defendant's Motion for Order Granting Sanctions, and the Court
having heard argument from counsel, it is hereby;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1) The Defendant's Motion for Order Granting Sanctions is
hereby DENIED;
2) That Plaintiff ROBERT M. JERNIGAN is required to
produce within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, a11
documents requQSted in Defendant's Notice to Produce filed on July
15, 1986;
3) That depositions are to be set after fourteen (14) days
from the date herein. Al1 subpoenas issued will remain in full
force and e£fect;

- 4) Upon oral Motion for Continuance by Plaintiff~ the
rial in this matter is continued until the February Trial Docketc.
