Acceleration; Remedies. l.ender shall give notice ca Borrower prior to acceleration foliowi~g Borrowe~'s breach of any covenant or agreement in this Security Instrument (buc noc prior co acctleration under paragraphs 1 i and 17 unless applicable law provides othe~wise).
